All payments are processed via Stripe. (I will provide a payment link once we have agreed on the lesson details)
Payment methods accepted: Credit & Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payments for each lesson must be received by me 24 hours in advance.
Block booking payments must be received by me 24 hours before the first lesson
Lessons cancelled 24 hours in advance will always get a full refund.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, so each student is offered two free cancellations, which may be used to receive a full refund even if the lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
After the two free cancellations per student has been used, lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
